POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment date, time, and stylist preparation.

Deposits may be transferred ONE time only if the client cancels or reschedules at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment.

Transferred deposits must be used to rebook an appointment within 14 days (2 weeks) of the original appointment date. If a new appointment is not booked within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future services.

Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made with less than 48 hours notice will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits are non-transferable after the one-time courtesy transfer has been used.

A new deposit will be required for all future bookings after the transfer window expires or if the appointment is canceled again.

We ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ before the scheduled appointment, the deposit is non-transferable and will be forfeited. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.    

Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind. DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT AND there will be a $20 no show fee charged on your next visit to compensate your stylist for lost revenue.

Squeeze-In ~ $50 Deposit + Service Fee

Before or after normal business hours ~ $75 Deposit + Service Fee

VIP APPOINTMENTS (on CLOSED days) ~ $100 Deposit + Service Fee

Payments are due immediately after services are completed. Payment methods accepted include: Cash, Debit/Credit, Zelle & Apple Pay. A 2.5% fee will be added to all electronic payments. Other forms of payment will Not be accepted.

During client appointments we are not immediately available to answer calls or text. Please leave a message, we will get back with you soon. Multiple calls or text are not necessary. 

Once your appointment is booked you will NOT at any time need to confirm your appointment.

In case of an emergency, your stylist will contact you directly to reschedule a convenient time for you.
